多孔的氧化鋁基板
CA14 和CA16 為多孔燒結的氧化鋁基板，在脫脂及燒結過程中可用來支撐生胚
陶瓷用，多孔陶瓷由於它具有高的孔隙在有機高分子燒除過程中由顯現出優良
空氣透過率，該產品具有無毒、惰性以及化學及熱的穩定性，
符合RoHS的規範， 應用範圍如下:
(1) 空氣或流體的過濾器 、
(2) 可用來過濾在水中的重金屬物質
(3) 在半導體業的真空吸盤
(4) 在800℃至 1500℃承載燃料電池之固態電解質，以及陶瓷胚體

Porous Alumina substrate
CA14 and CA16 series are porous, fired alumina substrate used to green ceramic part during binder burn out and sintering process. It shows good gas permeability during organic binder removal due to high porosity and good thermal shock. They are non-toxic, inert, and chemically and thermally stable. The applications are
(1) Filters for gases and liquids
(2) Filtration for heavy metal ions (Cr, Ni etc) in water
(3) Vacuums holding plate (vacuum chunk)
(4) Setter for SOFC electrolyte substrate and ceramic tape in 800~1500℃
