粉碎原理 Principle of crushing：
原料進入粉碎槽內與高速旋轉的粉刀和固定刀，所產生超高速空氣旋回氣流發生衝擊、剪斷、壓縮、磨碎、高周波振等作用，原料成微粒子後，經負壓風車吸引進入到旋風集粉器和脈衝噴射式袋濾器。
When the raw materials to be put in crusher chamber, it works with a high speed crush blades and liner, it causes a air blast, cutting, compressing, grinding, high wave shocking under a super high speed air flow and whirlwind, the materials become a microparticle. Having separated by ventilator, the microparticle was pull into cyclone collector and Pulse-jet type bag filter through negative pressure blower.

機器特點 Features of the machine：
1.本機器的主要材質均為SUS304製成符合衛生標準，粉碎刀為鎢鋼刀（TCT）製成成耐磨損壽命長久
2.粉碎槽內零件均可快速拆除清洗避免原料相互污染問題，旋風集粉器與脈衝噴射式濾袋器之間管路接頭均使用衛生級的夾具，分解不必要工具，清洗容易。
3.本機器可加裝冷凍燥機，使粉碎槽工作溫度降低，確保原料品質不變化。
4.本機裝設有溫度控制器，如粉碎槽溫度超過設定值時，會使自動送料機停止送料，待溫度下降時，再重新啟動自動送料機。
1.The main material of model:RT-UF50SAFP is sus304, it meets sanity standard, crush blade is made of Tungsten Carbide Tip, wear-proof and long lasting.
2.All the spare parts in crush chamber can be removed quickly and easily for cleaning it can prevent any cross-pollution, The adaptor of pipeline that between cyclone collector and pulse-jet type bag filter are with sanitary clamps, easy clean and disassemble without any tools.
3.The extra dehydro-freezer can equipped on this machine, it can lower down the temperature of crusher chamber, and assure the quality of material unchanged.
4.This machine is equipped with thermometer controller, if the temperature of crush chamber is out of the numerical control, it can be stopped feeding automatically, when the temperature is down, it can re-star feeding automatically.
